Strengthening: Kneeling Extensions

This is a great strengthening exerciseB that keepsB your core musclesB nice and strongB as well as helpingB to reduce lower backB pain!
StartB by kneeling on all fours, your hands should beB beneath your shoulders and your knees directly below your hips.B EngageB your core muscles and slowly lift your right armB extending itB out in front of you keeping your arm straight then slowlyB lift your left leg extending it back, keeping it straight andB pointing your toes down.
Hold for 10-30 seconds before slowly lowering back to your starting position. Repeat three times on each side. Remember to keep your core engaged the whole time!!
